    This is a personal portfolio. It collects very little, and only what it needs to reply to you or to understand how the site is used.

    1. Who is responsible

    Felipe Gasnier, Helsinki, Finland, is responsible for the personal data handled through this site. Contact: hi@felipegasnier.com.

    2. What is collected

    • Contact form: your name, email address and message. They're sent through Formspree, a form service, to my inbox, and used only to reply to you.
    • Notes signup: your email address, also through Formspree, used only to send occasional notes. Ask to be removed at any time.
    • Direct email: whatever you choose to include when you write to me.
    • Analytics: only if you accept statistics cookies, Google Analytics 4 records how the site is used (pages viewed, clicks on email and resume links). Names, email addresses and message text are never sent to analytics.
    • Cookie choice: Cookiebot stores whether you accepted or declined cookies.
    • Server logs: the hosting provider (Hostinger) keeps standard technical logs, such as IP address, browser and time of request, for security and operation.

    3. Why, and on what basis

    • Replying to your message: legitimate interest, or steps before a possible contract.
    • Notes signup and analytics: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
    • Server logs: legitimate interest in keeping the site secure and working.

    4. Who processes it

    Your data is never sold. It's handled by these service providers on my behalf: Formspree (forms), Google (analytics, only with consent), Cookiebot by Usercentrics (cookie consent) and Hostinger (hosting). Some of them may process data outside the EU under their own legal safeguards.

    5. How long it's kept

    Messages are kept as long as needed for the conversation and any work that follows. Analytics data follows the retention setting in Google Analytics. You can ask me to delete your data at any time.

    6. Your rights

    You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, object to its use, or withdraw consent. You can change your cookie choice with the button below. You can also complain to the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi).
